At first I thought she would be a carbon copy of sheldon which would be a total fail since there’s only 1 sheldon. But they’ve made her into her own person. Instead of being just nerdy… she’s kinda freaky and awkward. I’m glad they added more girls. I mean how many times can we cycle penny through all the possible storylines involving girls?

That was a very funny promo, and I haven’t watched the episode yet, but I have read the comments and I really dont know how people say this trailer implies something else (Penny/Sheldon). The trailer VERY explicitly says that Sheldon was jealous for Amy, even though my dream couple is Sheldon/Penny I don’t think that will be appropriate.

Funny i never even thought about Penny and Sheldon until i saw the comments on these, I really dont think the show ever has implied any Penny Sheldon. Yes i see them as friends, maybe bro-sis, but not lovers that would destroy the show. Kinda like if Rachel and Joey would have gotten together in friends

The 9th episode of the 5th season of the big bang theory is here! Another hilarious episode. Leonard and Penny try hanging out alone, and Sheldon must overcome his fear of birds!! This is definitely a MUST WATCH EPISODE!

Leonard and Sheldon are brilliant physicists – wizards in the laboratory, but socially inept outside of it. Enter beautiful, free-spirited neighbor, Penny, who aims to teach them a thing or two about life. While Leonard spends his days looking for love, Sheldon is quite content video-chatting with platonic partner Amy Farrah Fowler, or playing Star Trek 3D Chess with their ever-expanding universe of friends, including fellow scientists Koothrappali and Wolowitz, and Wolowitz’ fiancée, the adorable micro-biologist, Bernadette.

What’s better is the fact that not only did Sheldon let her touch him, but he put his arm around her… I’m not for a romantic relationship on Sheldon’s part (and I doubt there will be one), but this is good for him.

A cute comic book artist puts Leonard and Priya’s relationship to the test, while Sheldon tries to scare the guys for Halloween.

Yes, this is the Halloween episode folks. Its really hilarious and I bet you all are going to enjoy it. For me, The funniest thing wasn’t watching this scene, but watching my sister watch this scene. First she jumped in the air and then fell of her chair laughing.

Sheldon competes with the gang for his mother’s attention when she comes to visit.

The whole praying scene at the church was very demeaning and stereotypical of Christians. I wish the theory would stop using religion as a way to make jokes, because it’s just too typical. We hear religious jokes all the time, i expect better from the writers.

Religious jokes + stereotypes are told so commonly that i for one am quite sick of it. I prefer the more creative jokes, involving a bit of science + ridiculous things like “bazinga!” or “howard i like your shoes, just kidding, i don’t care”. Now that’s creative! Taking a cheap blow at religion is something anybody can do, and i expect better out of these veteran writers.

Do you agree with that? Are the writers way over the border line?

After watching the episode, I think Sheldon is becoming more and more unrealistic. Before he is portrayed as this logical, geeky, super-smart genius who has his own ways of doing things. But now the writers are making him to things borderline on idiotic, and it contradicts against his intelligence. It’s quite obvious the writers are running out of materials to write about Sheldon, so they resort to exaggeration – NOT a good sign for The Big Bang Theory.

It was more likely a cause of Amy, but we’ll see. Could be another crazy experiment like when Sheldon and Amy were experimenting with Gossip and telling everyone they had sex/got pregnant. I doubt it though. Hopefully he’s just moved onto Stargate.

You can be the judge though.

Raj finally meets a girl he can communicate with – sadly though, the girl happens to be deaf so she can’t really hear what he says – she doesn’t talk either.. but she can use the sign language so Wolowitz helps Raj to communicate with her.

Raj then falls in love with the girl and starts buying her very expensive gifts. The guys suspect her of using Raj for buying her gifts. Then he suddenly finds out that she’s a gold digger after telling her that his family in India are asking him to chose between her or the money – When he choses her, she choses to leave.

Leonard and Amy get to know each other better, while Howard and Bernadette spend the weekend with Mrs. Wolowitz

In this awesome episode Leonard gets a change to hang out more with Amy since the guys go out and leave them two alone in the appartement. Amy enjoys her time on her own way while Leonard starts getting to know her better.

Yet another hilarious episode that you should not miss out!

In the second episode of the fifth season, Sheldon and Penny leaves Amy caught in the middle, while Leonard tries to spice up his long-distance relationship with Priya.

Oh good I’m not the only one! I wanna see it happen. would be so great. They have more moments together then any of them. Singing “Soft kitty” and always taken care of each other
